Shaka's Hawaiian cuisine brings the taste of the islands to Alhambra.

Skaka's offers a full range of appetizers, noodles and salads, sandwiches, bowls, local plates, and their own "Shaka's Favorites," including the frequently requested Char Siu (Chinese style BBQ pork, served with hot mustard). Other dining favorites include Kalua Pork and Cabbage (slowly based to "fall off 'da bone"), Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Steak (topped with Shaka's own Teriyaki Sauce), Kal Bi (thinly sliced three bone short rib, marinated Korean style and charbroiled), and Shoyu Salmon (grilled salmon marinated in sweet soy). All entrees include rice, tsukemono (pickled vegetables), and macaroni salad. A full range of Hawaiian Sun Drinks are available--Guava Nectar, Pass O-Guava, Passion Orange, Lillikoi Passion Fruit, Lillikoi Iced Tea, and much more. And for the most refreshing taste, all day long or for dessert, try the Shaved Ice (Hawaiian Sno-Cone) in flavors including guava, passion fruit, and mango.

While you can enjoy the "full service" of Aloha Spirit every day at Shaka's, you can also create your own "at home" Aloha Spirit by ordering Shaka's take-out. A special catering menu is also available.
