Diners have come to enjoy traditional Cuban food "with a twist," the twist being a slight French and California influence added by the chef. A good way to start your meal is with an appetizer or two or the house appetizer sampler, Ejemplares de la Casa, an assortment that includes yuca frita, croquetas, masas de puerco, tostones rellenos, all served with a flavorful dip. Eager diners can then choose from variety of dishes featuring aves, puerco, carnes, pescado, and platos de arroz, plus an array of side dishes and yummy desserts. Not only is the food terrific, you can also come and enjoy live music and dancing to traditional Cuban music. Private function bookings are welcome. The Cuban Bistro is open until 2 a.m. on weekends!
