- Diners have come to enjoy traditional Cuban food "with a twist," the twist being a slight French and California influence added by the chef.
A good way to start your meal is with an appetizer or two or the house appetizer sampler, Ejemplares de la Casa, an assortment that includes yuca frita, croquetas, masas de puerco, tostones rellenos, all served with a flavorful dip. Eager diners can then choose from variety of dishes featuring aves, puerco, carnes, pescado, and platos de arroz, plus an array of side dishes and yummy desserts. Not only is the food terrific, you can also come and enjoy live music and dancing to traditional Cuban music.
Private function bookings are welcome. The Cuban Bistro is open until 2 a.m. on weekends!
We have live music on Fridays from 9PM to 12 AM. We also have a full bar and dance floor.

They have the best guava chicken there. It's so good, it's sweet and sticky on the outside as a marinade but on the inside it's the moistest meat on the inside and it's so tasty. They also have fried plantains on the side, those are really good too, it's mouthwatering and they have these black beans with rice...it's very good. Oh I love eating there. It's a very nice and intimate setting, but you could have a big party there too. On the weekends, they sometimes have live music with dancing, it's the perfect ambience for a night out for fun or celebration or to just enjoy delicious food.
