Ambiente means quality food, comfortable surroundings, and efficient service. For starters, you can enjoy their signature Chile Pablano Soup, the classic Ambiente Cesar Salad, or the Goat Cheese Quesadilla (if you don't like Goat Cheese, there are many other choices). Entrees include Ambiente's own Latin touch, Aleccios Portobello Mushroom Chicken, Chicken Mole Enchiladas, Red Snapper a la Veracruzana, Honey Rum Shrimp, and a whole passel of other tasty choices. And to top it off, select a delicious dessert, and maybe a premium Cognac, a Blue Aguave Tequila, premium rum, or a selection from the updated wine list. There are also many unique house specialty drinks, mixed with style and panache by "Sparky" the bartender. The service at Ambiente, of course, is impeccable thanks to the efforts of General Manager Ricardo Diaz. He'll see to it that you're comfortably seated, served with efficiency and style (in the main dining room, the fireside patio bar, or the pre-booked VIP room).
